Sarar, playing a significant role in Turkey’s men's ready to wear sector began its commercial activities in 1944. The company, which has its foundations in Abdurrahman Sarar’s 13 m2 tailors workshop in Eskişehir, today operates in the textiles and ready to wear garment sectors at three modern factories on an area of 120,000 m2 in the Eskişehir Industrial Park; as well as at the Sarar Home Textiles and Shirt Factory on a 235,000 m2 area located on the Eskişehir-Kütahya highway, and in Bomonti, Istanbul, at Sarar Women’s Ready to Wear Garment Management.

Today SARAR, with a staff of 5,000, daily manufactures 5,000 jackets, 5,000 trousers, 1,000 coats and raincoats, and 5,000 shirts, as well as 1,000 women’s jackets, skirts and trousers. With its high quality workmanship and peerless products, Sarar competes with global brands in the ready to wear clothing sector.

Established in 1996 in Eskişehir, the Sarar Home Textiles and Shirt Factory has a daily capacity of 85,000m. Apart from 100% cotton and cotton blended upholstery fabric, as well as poplin, divitin and flannel fabrics, the Sarar Home Textiles and Shirt Factory also makes shirting and lining fabrics, and is predominantly geared towards manufacturing home textile products.

Sarar Group’s home textile brand, Sarev, took its first steps in the sector at the end of 2005. Having quickly established itself as a formidable brand both in Turkey and abroad, it has never lost sight of the objective pursued since the outset.
