he employees that work here are amazing. The products are fantastic I have always been a fan of Fossil. However, the female manager that works here is by far the worst. I have never seen let alone had to experience the worst customer service ever. Her attitude is poor and the way she speaks to her customers is ridiculous. I had initially thought when I had gone in recently she was having a bad day which is okay because it happens. However, I had gone in a couple of days later to pick up something and she was talking very rudely to another customer. Not only that she had made a mistake with multiple things when I was purchasing my watch so when I went to pick it up and another employee was helping me there were issues finding the watch and track if it was mine because of the issue and her not correcting. I highly recommend this store and the other employees but I would stay far away and not bother with the female manager in this store it's ridiculous. Customer service training is highly needed for her
