I am a regular customer of your outlet and have always been pleased with your service. But on Monday December 27th, I was tricked into your sunglass hut store. I bought glasses from Gucci and as second glasses from Balenciaga. The Balenciaga glasses were the last in this color and I was not provided with the original glasses case. Most importantly, these glasses were not new, as I later understood, the Balenciaga inscription on the outer eyelet of the glasses should be white, but then when I arrived home I saw that the inscription was erased. The lettering could have been erased by the retailer when cleaning the glasses with an aggressive product for sale as new, or worn out from use.

I bought my wife a leather bag and dress from this store, nothing could be said about the quality but awesome, very stylish and trendy collections.
