I did some shopping today at Calvin Klein Underwear at La Roca for my daughter in the Netherlands. After a hour I realisezed I took the wrong size and went back to the store. No way I could change the size, no extra cash needed, no service what so ever. No room for discussienota. Very bad service, I will not return to this shop no more.
Never loved shopping myself but this outlet really made me interested in the whole process – consequently I spent a couple of hours buying all sorts of stuff for myself. Turns out it is not that bad after all. The only problem was the sizes – was hard to find sth for me.
Very comfortable footwear and of great materials, many varieties to choose from and sizes are available but system was down.
