My daughter came shopping in your Marks & Spencer store today to be followed around the store by staff members this made her feel really uncomfortable, she said that they followed her around as though she was a shoplifter she approached a member of staff and asked why she was following her and she was really abrupt, I work in retail myself and know the perils of shoplifters but this was absolutely disgusting making her feel like this when all she did was come out on her own to do some Christmas shopping, I will be calling into Marks & Spencer‘s and making a complaint to the manager I am not letting this go unsaid until she gets an apology
