Attractive front and well organized store, the staff are very welcoming and helpful, goods are on sale but the quality is low.
Been there today at premium outlet JB.. I was surprised with the staff attitude towards me when i ask questions about the shoes.. She just stand there at the counter and when i ask questions she answered me with disgusting face like she dont want us to be there.. Not only me, but my friend also getting the same attitude when he try to ask about the size of the shoes.. You should not judge us just because we want to buy cheap shoes! We all wanted to buy more but because of your attitude you just lost a lot of sales!
Worst experience ever at Nike Johor Premium Outlet,assist by rude staff KHAIRUL upon check out ( transaction ). he’s should inform me earlier or in proper way not using his loud voice and ask customer to come in for second times, I can come over 100 times at others outlet in JPO. surprisingly not when I reach at Nike, idk why he’s should raise his voice to me infront of other customer. Feel wanted to slap his face twice.
